SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All deliveries within New Zealand are delivered to the address supplied.  You can enter special delivery instructions when entering your address details.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock.

Your order will be dispatched once full payment has been received. If paying by cheque please allow time for the cheque to clear.

All customer orders are sent Mon-Fri within 48 hours of you placing your order. Please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery to main centres and up to 5 working days for delivery to rural areas.
